Bring a large pot of water to boil. Cook fresh egg noodles for 2-3 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse.

In a separate pot, bring chicken or pork stock to a boil. Season with soy sauce, sesame oil, and white pepper.

Cook wontons in boiling water for 4-5 minutes until they float and are cooked through.
