Cook egg noodles in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until tender. Drain and place in a bowl.

Slice luncheon meat into thick pieces and pan-fry in a little oil until both sides are golden and crispy.

Fry the egg sunny-side up or to your preference.

Heat chicken stock, add soy sauce and oyster sauce. Pour over noodles. Top with luncheon meat and egg.
