Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, eggs, milk, and melted butter into a smooth batter.

Heat the egg waffle iron and brush with oil.

Pour batter into the mould, close and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden.

Remove carefully, fold in half and serve immediately while crispy.
