Rinse dried chrysanthemum flowers gently under cold water.

Bring 500ml of water to a boil. Add chrysanthemum flowers (1 tablespoon per cup).

Reduce heat and steep for 3-5 minutes until tea turns golden yellow.

Strain into cups. Sweeten with rock sugar if desired. Serve hot or chilled.
