Cut pork into bite-sized chunks. Coat with cornstarch and deep-fry until golden and crispy. Set aside.

Mix ketchup, white vinegar and sugar together to make the sweet and sour sauce.

Stir-fry bell pepper and pineapple chunks in a little oil for 1-2 minutes.
