Cooking Steps

Marinate minced pork with soy sauce, sesame oil, and white pepper for 15 minutes.

Cook rice congee: simmer 1 cup rice in 8 cups stock for 45-60 minutes until creamy.

Add marinated pork to the congee and stir to break up lumps. Cook 5 minutes.
