Cook char siu pork: marinate pork with char siu sauce, honey, soy sauce for 4+ hours.

Roast at 200°C for 25 minutes, basting with honey mixture every 10 minutes.

Slice char siu and arrange over rice. Drizzle with char siu sauce and garnish with spring onion.
