Press firm tofu to remove excess water. Cut into 2cm cubes.

Pan-fry tofu cubes in oil until golden on all sides. Remove.

Stir-fry garlic, then add mixed vegetables (carrot, mushroom, bok choy). Cook 3 minutes.

Return tofu. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Toss gently to combine.
