Cooking Steps

Combine almond milk, regular milk, and sugar in a saucepan. Heat until sugar dissolves.

Bloom agar-agar in cold water. Add to warm milk mixture and stir until dissolved.

Add almond extract for flavour. Pour into a flat dish and refrigerate for 2 hours until set.

Cut into diamond shapes. Serve in a bowl with light sugar syrup and fresh fruit.
